22nd Annual COGA Golf Tournament
COGA's
22nd Annual Golf Tournament will be held July 7 & 8, 2008.
All Shotguns are a four person scramble format (some exclusions
apply).

the tournament. Select conference sponsorships include golf packages.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
All flights are a four person scramble format (some exclusions apply). Included in the golf package are green fees; golf cart; range balls; lunch with continental breakfast or appetizers; one raffle ticket and three drink tickets.
REGISTRATION
Select conference sponsorships include golf packages. Please refer to the conference website for more information on sponsorships. If you are a Fourteener or Alpine conference sponsor, please contact the COGA office before registering for the golf tournament.
To register for the COGA Golf Tournament, download the registration form or the sponsorship form and follow instructions. Space is limited. Player & Shotgun tee times will be confirmed closer to the tournament. For more information on golf packages, registration, or sponsorship or the tournament, contact our Golf Coordinator Leslie Wright.
All registration forms & tournament sponsorship fees must be received before confirmation of tee times. No refunds available for sponsorships.No refunds on individual or foursome registrations after June 9, 2008.
